Hallo! I have also a Svavge -99. I have the same problem and I hade the Svagae at workshop.
There was dirt in the carburetor and the
petrolneedle? was to low?. If the sparking plug is wet of petrol, change to a new. Dont forget a new airfilter. Sorry for may bad English.
